I like the products/loyalty rewards program. But if I could just make one suggestion please: some of the staff could be a bit more knowledgeable on said products. I shouldn’t feel weird/get crazed looks when I ask for an eighth; but the person only knows it as “3.5 grams”. Sure, I can handle the awkward interaction once or twice but this is really day one stuff if you’re working in a cannabis shop. 5 stars because part of this problem is on my social anxiety as well

Medicinal users- please read. Cannabetter Farms is my most trusted pharmacy for medicinal cannabis. When I tell you my body hates me, that’s what a Dr literally said to me. For last few weeks I’ve been in/out of hospitals. Those “medical professionals” never treated me with the earnest care, compassion and active listening as Matt, who answered my call. Incidentally I never had relief of any symptoms in the hospital. What could have been a “yes we have it” became more of a care consult. Thats rare. He advised the best medicinal mixture to properly relieve the most symptoms, making sure nothing was taken that was counterproductive. His kindness touched me. His knowledge impressed me. Again, rare in our world imo. Matt is the owner. By the way It was the PERFECT dose. Chef’s kiss Enter Zach…oh Zach, the greatest. He is the ray of sunshine who sprinkles his magic to make sure, every person smiles. You may come in with a frown but you’ll leave with a smile. Zach and Matt want to know you to help you. More of that rarity! To sum it up, if you need relief and doctors have failed to do more than toss scripts at you like it’s a sport… Cannamed Farms is truly the Mayo Clinic of Myrtle. I like this place, but your online hours are incorrect because it is 5:49 on a Friday and you are closed. *Edit* I’m sad that the THC-O is no longer legal in SC. I asked the person working what would be a good replacement and they suggested the THCA. It gave me panic attacks. Not a pleasant experience at all. I’ve tried 3 times.

Veterans, this place seems to have been put together to get you your medicine and relief and to serve the public as an afterthought. I thought I knew what was possible in a prohibition state, but this crew has shown me otherwise.

Another great location with very helpful staff just wish they had the product in I was looking for! He did let me take a sample of another product though which was super nice of him!!!
