Compliance Policy
All products are Farm Bill Compliant with less than .3% Delta-9 THC. Compliance information in the form of COAs (Certificates of Analysis) will be included with all shipments for all products shipped, and COAs are also available for each product on our website.
Shipping Policy
We typically ship packages next-day but orders may take up to 5 Business days to be processed. We use the United States Postal Service for all product shipments.
We’re sorry, but state and federal laws prohibit us from shipping ANY of our products to: Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington.
We cannot ship THC-A Products to the following states- Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington.
